Hello, My name is Lydia

 

I am an ANTA registered Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science and a trained Wellness Coach who is passionate about helping people find true wellness. I believe that by nourishing our bodies we nourish our minds and then everything else can flow from there. 

 

I am passionate about inspiring people to facilitate long term changes and habits in their life that can bring about true wellness. I provide classic Naturopathy appointments and follow up's but also Wellness Coaching Packages for people who feel they would like a little extra support through their wellness journey. 

 

I focus on traditional, clinical and evidence based knowledge that can help you to facilitate your own healing journey. Naturopathically I focus on the use of nutrition, herbs and lifestyle adjustments. As a coach I provide weekly support calls, text messages and education around whatever area of growth we are working on to help my clients facilitate change, grow confidence and learn how wellness and health is a never ending journey of self discovery.
